the check-in process was smooth and the staff were super friendly! my room was super clean. the location of this hotel is awesome plus the staff were amazing. valet parking was prompt too and my car was ready when i asked for it.

Wonderful City Stay

central locationeasy transportready access
From arrival, I found the location convenient for city exploration. The hotel offers short walks to the central business district and the river. A train and tramline are conveniently located outside the front, which provides easy transport. I could readily explore and return to my room.
I noticed that the bathroom could use a little updating.
Facilities

The outdoor pool area includes ample loungers for relaxation and a shaded section for sun protection. I saw the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes, which seemed sufficient for a decent workout (should you wish to workout).

The room service was not good. The staff were rude. Items I ordered were forgotten, and my complaint to reception was not addressed (which is quite annoying). reception took too long to answer calls.
